White beans Blanche TM "Mistral" soak in cold water for 4 hours, boil according to the instructions, to merge broth, to punch a blender until smooth.
Egg, sour cream, salt mix, add the flour and butter (I have the oil at room temperature), knead the dough, gather it into a ball and leave for 30 minutes to rest.
Onions cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, fry the vegetables in a mixture of oil and butter until soft, add chopped mushrooms (I have mushrooms boiled), fry for 5 minutes, mix well with a bean mass, finely chopped garlic, pepper and salt.
I baked 4 ceramic forms with a volume of 150 ml, it is possible shape to take more or just formed into round cakes with no forms or any other form. Divide the dough into four pieces (each piece will leave a small piece of dough for the "cap"). Roll the piece of dough and put it into the form, forming the sides.
Put into molds with the dough the filling.
From the remnants of dough to roll out the "lid", put them on top of the pies and seal the dough in a circle to make a toothpick punctures, grease top with beaten egg.
Bake the pies in a preheated 190 gr the oven until Golden, about 30 minutes.
