Cooking
The dough I kneaded in HP. In a bucket pour in warm milk, add the egg, sugar, salt, vegetable oil
Pour the sifted flour and dry yeast TM"SAF-time". Turn on the mode "the Dough".
While knead the dough, prepare the filling. Finely chopped cabbage and fry until soft in vegetable oil. Then add chopped green onion, seasoning, salt to taste. Stir and fry for a few minutes
Pour the cream and fry until cooked
Place the cooked cauliflower in a bowl and add cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Permeate-the stuffing is ready. The bacon separately, cut into thin strips
The finished dough well and press down to release excess air. Divided into 14 pieces
Roll out 4 pieces in the middle of each put 1 tbsp filling
Take the dough with two hands and fingers to sculpt the ends to form the shape of the boat
4 pumps obtained put in the middle of the form ( I have a form with a diameter of 29 cm) for baking, greased with vegetable oil
Roll out of the next 6 pieces, fill with stuffing and put 3 pieces on the right and 3 pieces on the left in a staggered manner. The remaining 4 slices to put on the edges-2 PCs 2 PCs right and left. This has to happen. If the filling left, add it evenly to each boat
On each slice put chopped bacon. Cover the form with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place (15-20 minutes).
Before baking brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry matches.
