Cake with raspberry jam and cinnamon
Delicious homemade cakes with a rich taste. Pie is also very simple to prepare and very tasty, and perfectly decorate the tea party with the family.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Almonds

  • Jam

  • Lemon

  • Cream

  • Powdered sugar

Prepare the dough: mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon, peeled and crushed almonds, sugar). I take brown sugar (previously was crushed into powder).
Almonds crushed very finely, into a paste.

To dry mixture add the milk, egg and softened butter. Make dough. It is very obedient, with the dough very easy to work with.</br>

Send the dough for 1 hour in the refrigerator. We will prepare the stuffing. In a jam zest and juice of half a lemon.</br>According to your taste I take limes and zest is added.

Roll out 2/3 of the dough circle and spread it in a greased form. Spread the filling on top. It should not be very much, and it should not be very liquid.

Of the remaining third of the dough lay out the bars and decorate as you wish. Test strips are lubricated with cream and send the cake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes (depending on your oven).
