The Meatballs
I want to share with you the recipe, suitable for vegetarian and Lenten table. Very tender, flavorful and delicious meatballs!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

For making these meatballs required a rice with a high starch content. That turned out to be rice Kuban TM"Mistral". I took the 125 gr. rice, washed it, and cooked, as instructed, until fully cooked (put the rice in a container for boiling, pour water in the ratio of 1:1.15 and leave for 30 minutes (until the rice is white in color), boil the rice for 40 minutes).

Zoo gr. cabbage boil in slightly salted water for about half an hour, then finely chop it.

1 bunch fresh cilantro, also finely chop.

Cooked rice, chopped cabbage and herbs mix in a bowl.

Add to "ground" a half Cup of flour, salt to taste, about 1 tsp and pepper to taste.

Ready-made "stuffing."

Now prepare the coating: I'll need about half a Cup of flour, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, salt and pepper - to taste.

Wet hands to form the meatballs, roll them in sprinkles.

Arrange on a heated pan with vegetable oil.
