Very interesting roll. Have a little trouble, but worth it. Can become the main dish of the festive table.

Cooking
We need a piece of carbonate, purified from a large amount of fat.
The meat must be cut in a spiral.
So that later turned out to be quite a thin layer of meat.
Unfold the meat and spread a thin layer on a hard surface.

Coat the meat with mayonnaise, top, put the chopped onion half rings.
And the last layer on top of the onion spread cheese. I specifically bought cheese, cut into thin slices. But it is not for everybody, and you can RUB on a grater.
And now we begin to collect this layer back into the roll. Slowly wrap.

Then mount the roll, so he is not broke. Here, I think each family have their own preferred method. It is possible to wrap the threads, you can attach long sticks. I, eventually, stopped at a wonderful specialized silicone ropes for baking.
And ready to roll we put it in the oven. At this stage, again, variations are possible: either directly on the foil and bake, or use a sleeve. Who he loves. I usually bake at a moderate temperature in about 1.5 hours.
