My husband tried these dumplings in the dining room on a business trip and asked me to try to do such. Don't know exactly it happened or not, but now it is one of the favorite dishes of my the fussiest of eaters.

Cooking
Make the dough: in the serum (the water) add the egg, salt, soda and flour. If water, then soda is not necessary. Knead a stiff dough. Leave for half an hour.
Boil chicken for 20 minutes in salted water. Wait until cool and cut it into small pieces.
While the chicken cools, make small dough dumplings. Cooking in water or steamed for 7 minutes. Then take out and put in a bowl with butter so they don't stick together.
Chop the onion and three carrots. Fry in vegetable oil.
Put in a pot of dumplings, meat, sauté, pour the broth to half of pot closed and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
