Cooking
Mix all dry ingredients, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Some will think why the baking soda and baking powder together, I don't know, but I have at least a 5-th recipes with these ingredients, it is cupcakes. And these are the best cupcakes I've tried. One more thing - the key to a great chocolate muffin, it is a quality cocoa powder.
The butter with the two types of sugar and vanilla. Of course you can only use white, but brown bol gives a rich chocolate taste.
Next add the egg and again whisk well.
Enter the dry mixture and mix well.
Now we need to add buttermilk. I met buttermilk recently, I really like to use it in baking. Buttermilk is the traditional ingredient for Irish soda bread, it is often used in baking cupcakes. The reaction of the acid with the baking powder and baking soda releases carbon dioxide, and the bread rises, it becomes lush. Thanks to the use of buttermilk scones, cakes and pancakes turn out tender. Buttermilk can also be added to cold soups and salad dressings, it can replace more fatty sour cream. I don't have it here, but it can be replaced with yogurt or milk sour by adding lemon or vinegar. Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar in a glass measuring jug and then add milk to get 225 ml of liquid. Stir and let stand 5 minutes until thick.
And so adding buttermilk to our mix and knead very well.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Set the paper forms in the muffin. Distribute our dough. Very convenient to do it with a spoon for ice cream.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Allow them to cool completely.
Next, prepare the cream then you can cook any of your favourite, this time I decided to cook with cream cheese. Cream cheese, room temperature whisk with the butter and vanilla.
Next, add the powdered sugar and whisk well. In the end add a couple tablespoons of milk. The cream becomes a little bit fluid, send it in the fridge until the moment when you will need to decorate your muffins, by the time it thickens.
Colored sugar is easy to cook, pour the sugar into a plastic container, add a drop of dye, cover with a lid and shake the moment.
For flowers and lamb, we need marshmallows. With lamb it's simple. Take 3 things cut edge of scissors and glue the muzzle. Muffin top of the cream set face and then formed his woolen coat :) dip a Toothpick in cocoa make the eyes and mouth.
