Cooking
Dough: in a bowl sift the flour and mix with dry yeast. Pour in the warm water. In a separate bowl, beat with a fork or whisk the egg with sugar and salt, add warm kefir (you can heat in the microwave), mix everything. This mixture pour in the flour, a little stir and pour in the melted butter. Knead a soft dough. If required, add a couple tablespoons of flour in the kneading. (I'm usually in a bowl pour the 3.5 cups of flour, mixed with yeast. And the rest of the flour already added in the kneading process). The dough should be soft, very pleasant to the touch. The dough is put in a bowl slightly greased with vegetable oil. Top cover with cling film and wrap a towel. Put about 2 hours in a warm place. Should a good increase in volume (2 - 3 times).
The finished dough to put on the table, lightly floured.
