Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user SIM called "baked Salmon" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The name of the recipe changed, and the recipe is a little bit too. Instead of salmon prepared my favorite salmon.

Cooking
Salmon I have frozen. Thawed. I cut it into eight pieces and planirovala two sides in salted flour. In a pan slightly (slightly, but not ready) fry. In the original salmon recipe not fried, slices were immediately placed in a bowl for baking.
Mushrooms if they are too many and nowhere to go, cut, cook in salted water and freeze in these bags. In this package I have white mushrooms, aspen and boletus. Thawed and washed under running water. Gave water to drain and fried in olive oil with onions. (In the original recipe no onion).
Tomatoes sliced (knife with teeth) rings.
A baking dish greased with oil and put in it the pieces of salmon. Between the fish, put the fried mushrooms. On top put slices of tomatoes.
I like to use cheese is not grated, and finely chopped. Grated quickly and completely melts. (In the original the author used mayonnaise, but I didn't have time to cook it, and I replaced it with sour cream, whipped together with eggs).
The author of the recipe first tomatoes sprinkled cheese, then lubricated with mayonnaise. I did the opposite. First, I filled the tomatoes with sour cream and sprinkled cheese on top. Put into a preheated oven (180 deg.) for 20 minutes. (The author of a time for the oven 7 - 8 minutes or in the microwave for 4 minutes).
Here's the beauty of clotted!!!
The fish was not dry, but juicy.
The side dish I cook is not, as there is just enough. On a plate put my favorite olives, cherry tomatoes and, of course, parsley.
Although I love red, sweet wine but with fish better suited dry white... Join us, one to drink the wine sadly. Peasants are my drinkers.
All a pleasant appetite!!!
