Description
Delicate and light salad of squid and apples on the holiday table or just for those who are on a diet. Cooked very quickly. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Katapat called "Soft squid" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
I did half portions. I had a fresh and cleaned large squid.
Squid boil in salted water for about 2-3 minutes. Cool and cut them in thin rings. Drizzle with a little lemon juice
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens.
Nuts fry on a dry pan. The recipe author also suggests pine nuts, I used only walnuts.
The last to peel an Apple and slice it very finely. If you grate it on a grater, then Apple will "give" a lot of juice, and thus remains quite dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
Put layers in a salad bowl or like me, in the cups (I have an ordinary low glasses for aperitif): squid - green - Apple - nuts - cheese... In the recipe the author suggests mayonnaise, but I made the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
