Something similar to pilaf, but more "lightweight" option. Favorite dish Japanese children. The name means "omelette+rice". Japanese home kitchen, European style!

Cooking
Washed rice soak in clean water and leave for 20 minutes.
Finely chop the chicken thighs, carrot, onion, mushrooms.
In a large frying pan with butter fry the thighs, carrots, onions, mushrooms.
Add salt, pepper, ketchup.
In a pan (preferably thick) to spread the rice mixture from the pan, cover with water (180ml), cover and bring to boil (without opening the cover!), then reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
When on the surface there will be water, turn off the heat and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Put on a plate. You can stop here and have what happened already delicious:) In Japan it's called "Chikin-rice".
In a small bowl mix the eggs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise (do not whip). Fry the omelette on high heat in vegetable oil (oil more).
Put the omelet on rice, ketchup to draw whatever You want (e.g. funny face). Bon appetit!
