I love the pot version of the "two in one" when the top, the pot is offered the test, and the result is something like bread. Of course, I decided that his "love" to apply to the contest "Autumn tango". Turned out to be quite interesting. The pot is a combination of meat marinated in spice + smoked sausage, potatoes for even more satiety, and of course, the obligatory presence of autumn vegetables and herbs, some of which are in a slightly unusual way.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

  • Cumin

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

Let us start to test. For this purpose, in warm water pour yeast and sugar.

Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil salt and spices (cumin, caraway, and red pepper). Stir.

Add the sifted flour. Knead the dough. If flour is not enough, add more.. Or it may take less than me. Gluten the flour is different.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise.

While suitable dough, meat cut into strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, squeezing a couple of cloves of garlic, sprinkle with spices and sprinkle with a little vegetable oil. Leave to marinate.

I much prefer the taste of roasted pepper, and the skins there, which is also much nicer.

Chopped greens and tomato strips.

And the last layer of meat with sausages and onions.

Coming up the dough abenaim (hand and table it is possible to grease with vegetable oil), formed small buns, put them on the potty. The test I did a little more than 4 pot, I just formed rolls, which are sprinkled with cumin and smeared protein. Bake at 190 degrees 20 minutes.
