Cooking
The dough I kneaded it in the bread maker according to the instructions, there it came. It is possible and manually: in a bowl sift the flour, add the salt, sugar, dry yeast, egg, pour warm milk and mix well with a wooden spoon so that the flour absorbed the liquid. Then add to the dough melted and cooled to 40 degrees butter and knead well the dough. The dough will be very soft and elastic dough. Transfer to a bowl, cover with a towel and put in warm place to increase in volume by half.
While the dough rises make the filling: onions cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil, add chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and fry until evaporation of liquid.
Coming up the dough to press down well.
Of this amount, the test turns out two rolls. One loaf I made according to recipe, only with mushrooms. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out with a rolling pin.
On top put half of the mushrooms and roll roll.
Second roll - a figment of my imagination, I wanted a bit of variety. By the way, I make these rolls in the form of portioned pies. Ham thinly slice, I cut grater, very comfortable, pieces that are thin and bend or break.
The second piece of dough roll out, place ham.
Next, the mushrooms, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Rolled into a roll.
Rolls put on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
Rolls lubricate the whipped egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake rolls in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 200g. The finished rolls cover with a towel and allow to cool.
