Cupcakes Chocolate frenzy
Very delicious cupcakes (muffins) with a rich taste of chocolate. Used 3 kinds of chocolate + cocoa, so the name. When the name came to mind, was haunted by the idea that something painfully familiar... And I remembered Yulia's (Belochkin) candy "Chocolate madness" ((( Then again she also borrowed the method of applying chocolate to decorate with an ordinary medical syringe, that she was once again a big merci! Ingredients

Milk chocolate chop with a knife, not very finely, but not coarsely, like so

Sift the flour, mix thoroughly in a bowl with the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In another bowl, lightly whisk egg, add sugar, softened butter 100g (it can turn the heat up in the microwave, but it must be room temperature, not hot!), cream and all mix well.

Combine both mixtures and gently, but mix thoroughly.

Dark chocolate chop and melt together with 25g of butter.

You can heat in the microwave, can in a water bath, I just scoop on the very low heat, gradually adding the oil and stirring continuously.
