Frozen cheese cake
This is a very delicious, delicate and airy dessert. Come on in, help yourself and enjoy :)

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    300 g

  • Cream

    280 g

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Fruit

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Cookies

    70 g

  • Salt

In a water bath melt the chocolate, then add sugar and a pinch of salt

With a mixer, beat the cream (I used fat 35%). Into the cream, add mascarpone and the chocolate, whisk everything together again.

Prepared pan (mine is rectangular) cover with cling film. The first layer spread half of the whipped mixture of mascarpone and cream. Then spread fruit or berries (I have a canned peach), you can put jam or marmalade

Now spread the remaining mascarpone, gently even out. And last put the pieces of biscuits.

Wrap the cake with cling film and leave in the freezer for 6 hours.
