Ingredients to prepare potato casserole with smoked fish.
Potatoes wash, peel and cut into slices of equal thickness. With the fish, remove the skin, remove all bones and cut into thin slices. Dill finely chop.
The form for baking need to grease with butter. The cuts of the potatoes and fish are stacked in the form of layers and sprinkle with dill.
In a separate bowl, thoroughly whisk the cream, add to them the sour cream and pepper and gently mix. Here the need to salt, but the fish is already salted, so the salt will add a little bit!
Carefully, evenly, spread mixture of sour cream and cream on top of potatoes with fish. It is desirable to cover with foil, but not tightly to the gap. Then put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.
Just 45 minutes later our potato gratin with smoked fish is ready!
