Pumpkin cut into cubes, place in a saucepan, pour a little water and to extinguish under a cover on small fire for 10 minutes (until soft), then drain the water and mash the pumpkin into a puree. Curd grind with sugar, salt and egg, then add pumpkin puree.
Add the flour, stir again (if necessary, pour more), the dough should be slightly samnitica, but not cool. The good table sprinkled with flour, divide dough into 2 parts, roll into "sausage", cut into pieces. Drop into boiling salted water, to prevent sticking. As soon as the truth comes out, allow to simmer a little more. Then vilvite gently with a slotted spoon, brush with butter. Serve with sour cream.
