Farfalle with sauce
Just say for "connoisseurs" of Italian cuisine, especially Sicilian, that it's a recipe I slightly altered "by" Northern Italy!.. As a real sheep's ricotta in here "in the afternoon with fire you will not find"...

Ingredients

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Ricotta

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 piece

Cooking

Finely chop onions, fry in vegetable oil ( better, of course, olive! ) until Golden brown.

My tomatoes and cut them in cubes, add to the onions.

Peel the garlic clove and put it in the whole tomatoes. Salt, add grated nutmeg, a leaf of Basil.

Simmer 10-15 minutes until the consistency of tomato paste.

Remove from heat and pour everything in the blender. Add ricotta, pepper (but not addicted! the consequences would be unfathomable!)

Boil pasta, the best Farfalle (butterflies or bows, as they are called!). Farfalle mix with sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Buon appetito a tutti voi!!
