Description
Here that was my way of giving gifts on this New Year. Did a couple of pigs (sorry, not met the right shape for dragon), begins their "Golden eggs", which contained a needle, not with Kesaevoy death, and trifles for maturing girls: Yes earrings tassels for phones. The surprise was a success! Also, using the already known substrate for chocolate http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/620 09/ I tried this time to make a chocolate bar with filling. Overall, the venture was successful, although dark chocolate is still a little blurred the white "platform".

Cooking
What need for this recipe. The luck - of course, molds of a pig (in a package sold pate) and the substrate from a candy box of a good size and shape. You will also need "egg shells" and the containers from kinder surprise. But what of their stuff - use your fantasy :)
The first thing we put all the molds in the freezer. While the molds are cooled drown in a clean, dry glass container (a must!) white chocolate (I had the disk) on the microwave scheme 30 sec + 10 sec, if necessary (time depends on the power of the microwave, and the quality of the chocolate). Put melted white chocolate on the inner surface of the cold "egg shells" from kinder surprise quite a thick layer. Since I did two pigs as a gift, and used the "shells" from two kinder surprises. Also fill using a pastry syringe depressions in the substrate is white chocolate (which I drowned right in silicone syringe). All again hiding in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Hiding our surprises in suitable containers and gently shakes out frozen halves of chocolate eggs from the "shells".
Stacked containers on one half of an egg, cover with second half of eggs, gloss over the cracks with melted white chocolate from a syringe, the bumps can be cut with a knife. It's not perfect, but perfectly good egg turned out.
5. If desired, the finished egg you can "gild" canturina. One of my pigs raced it the Golden eggs :)
Now for the actual pig. Out of white chocolate from the syringe and stuff it with dark chocolate (with a little bit of white chocolate will remain in the syringe is not terrible, it mixes with the dark, almost without a trace), drown under the scheme 20 seconds + 10 seconds (or other time, depending on the power of your microwave). In accordance with the recesses on the form, with the syringe "you draw" dark chocolate bow, eyes, nostrils on the snout and mouth on the bottom half of the form. Sent forms for a couple of minutes in the freezer.
Meanwhile, the newly prepared white chocolate. Apply it on a well-chilled molds sufficiently thick layer, starting with the side walls. After cooling in the freezer I recommend to go with the chocolate on the side again (this time white chocolate disks I ran out and I used chocolate chips, so there is a noticeable difference in the structure of chocolate).
While the mold with a pig chilling in the fridge will make the chocolate tiles. Using the syringe to apply bordyurchik of dark chocolate around cells. The substrate is again put in the freezer (a few minutes).
Fill the cells different kinds of toppings (I had three toppings, so each row present each of them).
Pour on top of melted dark chocolate.
Cover the surface of chocolate bars plastic film and iron (I used a pad for mastic). Put the substrate together with the film in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Once the chocolate is well hardened, you can take for its design. As a substrate you can use the cardboard of a suitable size.
If there are streaks, cut them with a knife directly in the form. Put a chocolate bar on the prepared substrate.
Wrap packaging (the gift) a film which is held together with transparent tape. Tile ready.
Back to our pig. Gently pull her halves from the molds.
Stacked with an egg in the bottom half of the pig.
Cover the second half of a pig (Oh, did not occur in the lower half to continue the "chocolate ribbon" :) ).
Gloss over the cracks with melted white chocolate (you can use a coffee spoon, a thin brush or pastry syringe). Cheeks can be brown food coloring or canturina.
As a substrate for pigs, I used wrapped in foil and the lid from a disposable plastic container. Beautifully packaged gift.
For the second pig, I added in the remaining white chocolate a bit of dark chocolate (in a ratio of about 4:1).
Here a pig was the result:
