Description
This simple side dish served with any Chinese restaurant instead of bread. Home to cook it is also very easy – just look in the fridge and unload it from the remnants of various snacks. All goes to the cause!

Cooking
Cut in advance all the products are cubes, eggs a little whisk.
Heat in a wide pan or wok oil, lightly fry onion until soft, but not allow color changes.
Move onions to edge of skillet and pour eggs over easy. Let them set a bit and start to disturb and break up in the frying process to get small pieces. The egg should be in color like an omelet.
Mix with onion and fry together for 1 minute.
Add the ham and corn, to fry everything, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice (I had a turmeric – yellow) and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Put in round dish, moistened with water, compacted and flip onto a plate.
The seeds came out crumbly and at the same time, slightly stick – easy to eat with chopsticks.
