Cooking
Fruit cleaned, cut, put in layers in a deep fireproof dish or mold, pour half of the sugar.
Boil half of the milk. Pour it in a thin stream, stirring remaining milk whisked with flour. When boil and thickens, add 1 tablespoon of butter, stir, cool. Mix with the yolk of one egg, mashed with the rest of the sugar.
Carefully enter the beaten egg whites, stir, cover with this mixture fruit. Sprinkle with sugar, drizzle with oil, browned in the oven at a temperature of 200 gr. 30 minutes.
Cool. Can be served with slices of sponge cake or simply cookies)))
