Done I made the cheesecake according to traditional recipes, it's not that... Then propechetsja, then neopets... And this happened immediately, and it turned out something unusual: chocolate, dates, nuts! Just a magical treat!

Cooking
To make the crust, place in the bowl of a food processor the flour, almond crumbs, powdered sugar (I like sugar) and butter.
Mix to a state of crumbs.
Add the yolks and slightly mix in a food processor to make the dough start to stick together.
Put a test mass on the surface, sprinkled with flour, and carefully stir the dough. Form a disk, wrap with film and place in refrigerator for 30 min.
Preheat the oven to 200 gr. Roll out the dough, make it round form size (recommended is a circular shape with a diameter of 20 cm), put in the form. I rolled out the dough, and formed the basis of the hands directly on the form. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
After this time, cover the cake with paper or foil, sprinkle top of rice or peas and place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove, remove the cargo and bake for 10 more minutes or until Golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine nuts, ricotta (I have Almette), sugar, sour cream, eggs, chocolate, candied fruit (I have dates) and cognac. I tried to make ricotta on one of the recipes on the website, but I failed, and I took Almette usual. Instead of candied fruit picked dates because I'm scared of the unnatural color of the candied fruits that are sold by us.
Ready cake remove from the oven, reduce the heat to 180 gr. Put the filling on the base and flatten it with a spoon. Sorry, forgot to photograph this stage.
Bake cheesecake for 45 minutes, till the filling sets. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in it with the door ajar for 1 hour. This will prevent the formation of cracks. Remove from oven, cover with foil. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cheesecake is simply delicious, with big chunks of chocolate and nuts.
