The first time I saw on TV how they bake the bread in the oven, I read about it on the Internet. Long wanted, but did not believe that I will succeed. But today's recipe nadia pushed me to bake it.

I tore off pieces of dough the size of a chicken egg and gently rolled it thinly.
Put on a very hot sheet, the oven temperature was at maximum. Pete rises quickly, you need to look, not to overdo.
So it rises in the oven after a short time.
But there was an error. Three pita did not rise I have on one side. I understand what it is. It's the fact that the edges are very smoothly it rolled out. Need after gently roll out the pita, even with a rolling pin to walk along the edges to the circle was smooth.
