Description

Cake roll with fried cabbage
I offer pie-roll out dough with fried cabbage and bacon. This cake is perfect for the dining table as the main course or replace a full dinner. Very good as a snack. My husband calls him a tart "weekend" because of our infrequent weekend go without the pie. Delicious and hearty, beautiful and delicious. Being prepared is a snap. And with toppings you can experiment. Instead of bacon to put, for example, smoked chicken or ham, boiled beef or fried mushrooms. Come on in, help yourself. It's delicious!

Cooking

step-0
Sift the flour. Add milk, water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and yeast. Knead the dough. (flour may take more or less, so once all the flour to pour is not worth it)
step-1
The dough comes out soft, tender, uncool. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and put on 45-50 minutes to approach in a warm place.
step-2
At this time, prepare the filling. Cabbage cut into fine strips. In a deep frying pan heat vegetable oil (4 tbsp) and put into it a cabbage. Fry cabbage on a fairly high heat, stirring to not burnt. Cover the pan does not cover.
step-3
While the cabbage is fried, in another pan fry in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) finely chopped onion and grated on a coarse grater carrots until soft.
step-4
For a couple of minutes until the vegetables are tender add to the frying pan cut into small pieces the bacon. Mix well.
step-5
Cabbage is ready.
step-6
Add to the cabbage fried onions and carrots with bacon, season with paprika (ideally you need smoked paprika, but ordinary sweet also work), carefully stir the filling. Try for salt and if needed add salt. (the bacon is pretty salty product, so be careful with the salt)
step-7
The dough came.
step-8
On work surface sprinkled with flour, put the dough, to press down it. Roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm Evenly spread on the dough stuffing, stepping back from the edge of 3-4 cm.
step-9
Wrap the edges of the dough inward.
step-10
And gently roll the roulade.
step-11
Put it seam down on a baking sheet, parchment proteiny. (paper, grease with vegetable oil) to Leave the rolls for 10-15 minutes, let it "rest". Then brush the surface with milk.
step-12
Sprinkle the loaf top with poppy and sesame seeds. (optional, of course) And sesame and poppy seeds fell less with a ready roll, spray spray loaf with water on top of seeds.
step-13
Bake loaf in preheated to 180° oven for 35-40 minutes until it will turn brown. (focus on features of their equipment)
step-14
Ready to roll gently place on the grill and cool slightly. You're done!
