Low-calorie dessert from the children's fruit puree or strawberries. With it you will have only one problem - going into a rage, not gnaw a plate :)

Two recipe: Apple-pear puree "Frutonyanya" and of frozen strawberries. Add in the Apple-pear puree gelatin, stir, let stand for 5 minutes, heat and continue to stir until dissolved gelatin, not boiling. Cooled down to room temperature gelatinous weight beat with mixer until soft peaks form in large bowl. Weight change color, become more bright and increase in volume. With strawberries all similar: 300 g defrosting, beat with a mixer with 60 g of powdered sugar, add 20g (2 sachets) of gelatine - hereinafter. Strawberry clouds get unbearably pink.
And Apple-pear puree - gold. Not kidding, look.
Build the form with cling film to shift back mass, the surface leveled.
To remove the form in the fridge for an hour. A plate/cutting Board sprinkled with powdered sugar, to shift back, turning, frozen mass.
