It was necessary to urgently save overripe peaches, the flesh of which was "cotton" and there was no pleasure from eating them fresh. Hard to believe, but fruit that I have given up, turned out just the "Royal" dessert! Fragrant, delicious...

Cooking
Drop the peach into boiling water for about a minute.
Then take out, peel, take out the bone. Cut into 8 slices.
In a small frying pan, mix the honey, sugar and water. Heat.
There lay the peach slices and glazirin 5 minutes on medium heat (so the sugar did not burn).
Put slices on a plate (one in which we plan to bring to the table), from top to pour the remaining in a pan caramel. Put into the fridge to cool (30 minutes).
On a clean, dry pan fry pine nuts.
Take out of the refrigerator chilled peaches, sprinkle with toasted nuts and if you want almond crumbs (any flavor it will add, just for decoration). Ready! Served to the table and melt from pleasure! :-)
