Eggs divided into yolks and whites. Protein whisk in the lush foam. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla white. This also add milk, vegetable oil, honey, cocoa and flour with baking powder; stir and in the end connected with proteins.
Of the above ingredients to the dough doubled in volume and baked two layers. Carefully take out them, they are very fragile, melt in your mouth. I have the pan size 32 34, but it is better if it is high removable sides. Cakes bake 10-13 min, at 180 degrees.
Prepare the cream. In condensed milk pour 50 ml of milk and honey. Gelatin soaked in 2 tbsp water to swell. Stir with 50 ml of milk. Put on fire and warm, but not boil, it needs to dissolve completely. Combine with condensed milk mixed with milk and honey. Sour cream, sugar and vanilla beat until thick, gradually pouring the condensed mixture.
Cream put in the refrigerator, so that just thickens, it's easier to smear on the cake. I added a little more milk and it turned out watery, but the gelatin did the trick.
First Korzh grease cream and cover with second Korzh. Put in refrigerator at least 3 hours. At the request of the covered cake frosting - mix 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp milk, bring to a boil, add 50 g of butter.
