Cooking
Wash the meat , cut into medium slices and fry in a pan with sunflower oil and fold into the cauldron.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in a pan, where roasted meat
when onions become Golden, add the tablespoon of flour mix and add sour cream and water
Pepper, mix well, bring to boil and pour into the cauldron. Put on a small fire and simmer until tender!
