Recently got my hands on a brochure for a local food shop to order. Looking at the pictures, my eye caught the unusual pizza, namely, attracted me to the original side. As usual, I formed the crazy idea to make the most of a pizza. Googling, it turned out that no recipes, only pictures in menus from different establishments. Went to experiment in the kitchen, and what came out of it, go look in the recipe.

Cooking
In warm milk dissolve the yeast and sugar. Add the oil, flour and salt. Knead the dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place.
Onion cut into half rings, pour soy sauce.
Tomato cut into slices, pepper - thin strips.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Tomato paste dilute with a little boiling water add the herbs to taste, stir the sauce.
From test to separate one part. Sheet pizza a little grease with vegetable oil. With your hands flatten the dough into a thin layer. Put on the dough tomato sauce, but leave a clean edge.
Place the tomatoes and onions.
