Cooking
Cooking. For our cookies we will need oat flakes Mistral. Cereal a little grind.
Using a mixer on medium speed, mix softened butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla and mix on high speed for about 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.
Add to creamy mixture, dry mixture of rolled oats and mix on low speed or by hand. The dough should be dense. Add to the dough jelly beans M & Ms. Put the dough for 10 minutes in the freezer or 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Cover a baking sheet ( two sheets) with parchment paper. Shape the cookies. Approximately 1 teaspoon of dough. Put a great distance on a baking tray on top and add jelly beans, M & Ms additionally Bake for 10-11 minutes, until the cookies are browned on the sides.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring on a wire rack. Cool on a wire rack. Biscuits with milk or tea. Very tasty!!! Bon appetite!!! Cookies being stored a week and in the freezer up to three months. But it quickly eat it, I guarantee you.
