Description
The basis for this cake I took the base recipe, rather a classic. The elementary recipe is simple and turns out absolutely all of them, whoever took this case. I only made small changes and added cupcake strawberry-mint syrup.

Cooking
To drive the eggs into a bowl.
Add sugar (instead of regular sugar I used cane sugar Demerara from Mistral).
Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.
In beaten eggs with sugar, add melted butter, mix well. Then, sift the flour with the baking powder.
Mix the dough with milk. The consistency should be such that it is dripping from the spoon “ribbon”.
The dough place in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees, 40 to 45 minutes.
While baked cake, prepare the syrup. Strawberries (I had frozen), and mint leaves, rinse, cover with water.
Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, when the berries lose their color, and the syrup turns red, drain the liquid into another pot through a colander (berries not to push!).
Add sugar (cane sugar Universal) into the liquid and stir, until the sugar is completely melted. Boil for 5 minutes. Ready to put the syrup to cool.
The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool.
In the cooled cupcake to make nakoly skewer.
Soak the cupcake with the strawberry-mint syrup.
