Each housewife this recipe needs to be armed. I often use it, in case of unexpected guests or when you want something sweet, and no time to cook.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare 4 small ovenproof plates (volume 200 ml). Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar, add milk, vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder and beat again.
Add sweet soy sauce Kikkoman.
Dish greased with butter, sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs.
In each bowl put washed and drained berries.
Pour 1/4 of the dough each talku with berries. Put on a baking sheet in the oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until Golden brown dough. Charlotte is ready to fill with fresh berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
