Cooking

step-0
Pour in a Cup of flour in the middle to make a recess there to chop fresh yeast + 1 tbsp sugar and pour warm milk. The Cup cover with a towel, leave for 10-15 minutes.
step-1
Then add in the flour, salt, egg and vegetable oil, knead a soft dough (if necessary, fill up the flour, it took me slightly more than the specified number).
step-2
Cover the Cup with a towel, put in warm place for 40 minutes. The dough came, can with him to work on.
step-3
While the dough rises, prepare the chestnuts of sweet butter, honey and brown sugar.
step-4
Mix brown sugar, 30 g butter and honey - to keep it on a low heat until the sugar dissolves and butter.
step-5
To grease the molds for muffins with vegetable oil. Then pour oil-honey mixture over the cups, on top sprinkle crushed almonds.
step-6
Melt remaining butter (40 gr). 75 g sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon - mix. The to press down dough, roll out into the reservoir (approximately 35х40 cm), brush the layer with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar...
step-7
... and spinning in the roll. The roll is cut into 12 pieces, put the pieces in shape, slightly pressed them down. Cover with a towel, leave for 10 minutes.
step-8
Then bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 20-25 minutes.
step-9
Still hot muffins gently "vivencias" from the shapes to the top of the muffin to collect as many nuts and sweet :) Well, and what still remained in the form you can eat instead of candy. Cool. For the holiday table each muffin "plant" in the cuff. Help yourself!
