Pies with Apple and banana
Learn to work with yeast dough! My husband likes my endeavors - periodically asks something home for tea! Decided to cook these cakes - it is very interesting to me the filling seemed! Aroma and taste... mmmm!!! I hope you like it too!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

The dough is very simple, I would even say classic. Milk slightly warmed, dissolve in it the yeast and sugar. Add the melted butter, egg and salt. Mix well with a whisk. Pour the sifted flour and knead elastic dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.

Lemon wash, pour over boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Then lemon with peel cut into small pieces. Apples and bananas cut into small cubes. Combine fruit, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon and stir. The stuffing is ready.
