Franskbrod. So the Danes call this delicious bread, soft inside with a delicious crispy crust. Great for Breakfast or just as a bread sandwich.

Cooking
Heat milk in a saucepan, add the butter or margarine. When it dissolves, remove from heat. It should not be hot - about 37 degrees. Add in the milk yeast mix. Add all other ingredients and knead soft, dont stick to hands dough. Flour is better to add gradually, to avoid too much or not enough. Leave the dough to rise for about 1 hour in a warm place. It should increase in 2 times. When the dough has risen, form 2 loaves and give them "rest" for 15 minutes.
Coat with egg and place for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 175 deg. the oven.
That's all, and the bread is ready!!! Very tasty to eat it hot with butter!!!
