These cupcakes I prepared earlier in the form of cake with whipped cream - recipe allow such. After the purchase of the new form - make cakes: they are, from my point of view, more convenient. Very chocolate and fragrant. Over the years, doing everything on the machine, and the scents are stored in the kitchen all evening.

Cooking
Melt the chocolate and butter in microwave on 100% min.
Until the mixture is warm, with a fork or small whisk to turn it into a homogeneous mix.
Beat egg yolks with sugar.
In yolk mix to pour the chocolate mass.
A mix of chocolate, butter, egg yolks and sugar.
Add the flour. Gently mix the ingredients.
Beat until stiff the whites and gently hammer into the mix.
It looks like the mix, mixed by 80%.
Grease the form of vegetable oil.
Carefully fill the chocolate mix.
So form looks like after completion of the works.
Put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 min.
Quietly go about their business. Surprisingly, exactly 35 minutes enough to ensure that the muffins were completely ready.
It is the matrix from which I began my, cake fries, whatever chocolate the way 10 years ago (if bad you will see a text - I will duplicate below). It must be three-dimensional form - the cake is amazing. Not quite the same as today's cupcakes from me. I noticed that the amount of flour depends on taste - if more flour, the muffins more dense, less airy, but it does not spoil them, gives incredible shokoladnoi. Here a matter of taste. I like the original version. My family is secondary. Ingredients: 400 g 70% dark chocolate; 400 gr. sugar, 400 gr. butter, 300 g flour/s; 8 eggs.
