Traditional Swedish cake
Pepparkakor came to Sweden in the middle ages, most likely from Germany. There are plenty of varieties and forms. First they baked the nuns in the monasteries, ispolzuya when baking black pepper (pepper in Swedish peppar), then pepper as an ingredient potihonku disappeared. Ingredients

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    270 g

  • Jam

    90 g

  • Cream

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Carnation

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

whisk eggs with sugar with a mixer

mix flour, baking powder and spices, sift

combine the egg mixture with jam, cream, butter and dry mixture, all carefully beat with a mixer until a creamy dough

form grease with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour into it the dough

cooking cupcake in preheated to 200C oven for 40 minutes.. the willingness to test a match or a wooden skewer ready the cake should cool in pan

we spread it on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar
