Pies-puff pastry with cheese
Delicate, light crispy dough with cottage cheese filling, you could describe this delicious pastries. Prepare pies, puff and your house will not be disappointed.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar
