Chicken souffle
A great dish for any meal, you can eat hot or cold. The taste will not change. (apologies for photo quality)

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Take the raw meat in it add the egg, salt, pepper, passed through a blender (grinder) onions. Mix everything.

In a separate bowl mix the milk and flour, knead well, to avoid lumps.

Combine ground beef with sauce, stir until smooth and pour into a baking dish. Bake in the oven until cooked.

The dish is tasty both hot and cold. Bon appetit.
