Very simple but very delicious recipe for cooking meat picnic, a family lunch or dinner. Juicy, with a crispy thin crust meat, salad and bread grilled, it's delicious!

Cooking
Slice the meat into portions, I cut so that each piece was a rib steak. RUB each piece with lemon juice, or rather to RUB the juice into the meat, season with salt and pepper, spread with mustard. Place in a container with lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
To get the meat from fridge, coat each piece with soy sauce, put back in container and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
Marinated meat put on the grill.
Bake, constantly turning from one side to the other.
Until Golden brown crust.
Serve with vegetable salad, I have tomato and red fleshy pepper, and grilled bread that is spread with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and bake. Everyone was hungry and the meat smelled so... so the photo shoot time is almost gone.
