Dumplings with cottage cheese and blackcurrant
Delicious, flavorful homemade dumplings with sweet cheese and light sour smorodinovoe.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Black currants

    150 g

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Water

    210 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

To prepare the berry.

If the berries are frozen, thaw it, drain in a colander to drain juice.

From flour, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. salt, 210 ml of warm water and 1 tsp sugar knead the dough, as dumplings. Optionally, the dough you can add the vanilla sugar.

In the curd add sugar, eggs, butter and mix until smooth. I have the volume of products in 2nd longer than stated in the recipe.

To the curd add the currants.

Mix gently, trying not to crush the berries.

Roll the dough thinly, cut out circles of desired size.

In the middle of the cake dough put the stuffing.

The finished dumplings put on a floured baking sheet and send in the freezer.
