Cooking

step-0
Grind the almonds together with the sugar into powder.
step-1
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add softened butter and beat until fluffy state.
step-2
Add the berries and mix gently with a mixer at minimum speed. Not to fanaticism! Most berries burst with is included in the program.
step-3
Fold into the mixture the flour, semolina and corn starch, pour in the liqueur or lemon juice, it is very good "friendly" with blueberries. If you cook from Cassis, the lemon juice, do not add, will be very sour. If there is no suitable liqueur, don't add anything at all. Tear off the leaves from the thyme sprigs and add to the dough. That is about the size of a bunch of thyme I took, next time will add more thyme.
step-4
If the dough is during your manipulations have become too soft, place it briefly in the freezer to be able to roll out of it sausage. I got two sausages, one sprinkled with powdered sugar and the other coconut. I'll tell you that coconut has changed their white color after baking was similar to sesame sprinkles.)) Put sausages in the freezer for half an hour.
step-5
Cut them into slices. I got quite a lot of cookies - two baking trays. While I baked the first portion, the second sausage was in the fridge. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes. If a cookie to hold a little longer, it will become more crisp, but less beautiful, will change color. Very tasty cookie, I recommend!
