Cooking
Wash the cilantro and finely chop.
Minced meat, herbs, garlic (passed through a garlic press), cream, pepper and salt mix well.
The mince should not be dry, but liquid too (bad rise the dough).
Puff pastry roll out into two layers, size 42 X 24cm. Take one layer of dough, grease it slightly with beaten egg.
Put the second layer of dough the same size. Spread on the dough prepared filling. Flatten one side to leave a couple of cm without filling.
To roll the roulade. I fold the short sides, then get more snails.

Lubricate the top and sides of snails egg. You can sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Degrees for 30 minutes. Or until Golden brown! Bon appetit!
