A continuation of the "fun" in the evening by candlelight!!!Onion Baker-a kind of home-made bread, whether during a meal, you can snap off a roll and fun to eat.

Cooking
Large onion finely of oregami fry in 2 tbsp vegetable oil,cool.Make the dough:crumble the yeast,add the sugar and warm water,stir,leave for 15 minutes. Will proseem the flour in a large bowl,add salt,sugar,mix in the centre will do uglublenie and pour in the yeast mixture,vegetable oil and fried onions,pour in 3/4 Cup of warm water and begin with a spoon to mix the flour with the liquid and onions.
When the dough is almost ready,sprinkle the work surface with flour and knead the dough until it becomes elastic and soft,send it in a greased bowl for approach(to cover),the dough should increase in 2-2,5 times(1-1,5 hours)
When the dough is well grown,dump it on the table,will potmesil and divide into 13 pieces,skatiem them into balls and put in greased baking dish,starting with the center of the form 1,5,7,in a circle,cover and leave to rise ha1 hour.
Per hour our onion buns was established throughout the form and got up,sprinkle them with water and sprinkle red sweet paprika,turn on the oven at 200 gr TS,heat it until our Baker is resting in about 10 minutes.
Baked onion Baker 35-45 minutes,until just brown,not desiccate bread in the oven,after 35 minutes be careful(readiness check wooden stick).
