Cake
This dessert I was preparing for a party with friends in honor of Halloween. Pumpkin cooked in wine – it is something! I think I'm going to repeat this experience again and again, perhaps in other recipes. Overall, the dish has three main independent taste: very wine pumpkin the combination pumpkin-Apple pancakes with sour wine and cranberry cream and of course chocolate. Cut the top from pumpkin, scrape out the pulp and seeds. Put it in a big pot where we poured the wine, and closing the lid, leave the pumpkin to cook until soft. Depending on the shape of your pan, maybe a pumpkin in the process a couple of times you will need to flip, if the fluid level does not reach the top of the pumpkin. The flesh, cleaned from seeds and pumpkin the top of the grate and to stew on a slow fire for 10 minutes with a small amount of water, just a couple of tablespoons, only to not burnt. Then add grated Apple and saute for a few minutes. By the way, grated pumpkin I got 300 grams. Cool completely, stir in the egg and flour. When the pumpkin is ready, remove it from the pan and leave to cool. And the wine, leave to simmer on a slow fire till it is boiled for 1-1,5 cups. I.e. it is supposed to be a wine syrup. To fall asleep there already defrosted cranberries and 5 tablespoons of sugar, bring to boil and pour semolina, cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring actively so as not to catch on fire (the cream is quite thick). The pumpkin layers to lay out the pancakes (I was on three pieces on each layer), coat each layer with cream. For frosting: melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Stir in sour cream and cocoa, bring to a boil over low heat, remove from heat, cool at room temperature.
