Cake for tea
Offer you a recipe easy, delicious and delicate cake!!! It is prepared very easily, and I assure you all will like it!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    4 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    4 tsp

  • Apricot

    425 g

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Thickener for cream

    2 pack

  • Walnuts

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

The light dough. Dough: 5 eggs, 3 tablespoons of the juice from apricots 200 g sugar 2 tsp vanilla sugar whip white. Add 200g sifted flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder, mix everything carefully with a whisk. Bake the biscuit at 170° 30-35 min.

Then make another dough, but add 3 tbsp cocoa, baking. The biscuits are cut, each scrape a few crumbs (for dusting the cake) and impregnated with syrup from canned apricots.

Cream: 500 g cream vzbit with 200 grams of sah. powder and 2 packets of binder. Fluff cream cakes, alternating.

Then on a dark cake to put the nuts on light - slices of apricots on top and sides to coat with cream and sprinkle crumbs. That's all, simple and delicious cake in haste!!! Bon appetit!
