Cooking
Melt the butter, dissolve it in coffee and vanilla. Cool.
Beat the yolks with 100 g sugar and condensed milk, add sour cream, again whisking.
Then pour the cooled butter with coffee and vanilla, mix well, add flour mixed with baking powder.
Put the dough in a greased form, sprinkle breadcrumbs (better to take the form of a split or soft silicone)
Prepare cream: whip whites into a thick foam and whip, gradually adding powdered sugar.
Ready to combine the cream with condensed milk, stir gently, but thoroughly, so left not stirred stains and clumps of condensed milk.
Cream to spread on the dough and flatten.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, mixed with sugar - 1 tsp breadcrumbs plus 1 tbsp (25g) sugar.
Put the form in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cake to cool completely without removing from the mold. Then carefully remove and cut into slices-cakes.
