I suggest You try this very tasty meat. Preparing is easy, and the taste is festive due to the presence of plum. Will definitely cook again. The recipe was posted in 2008 by user Lenok called "Beef stewed with prunes" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Finely chop onion, carrot grate on medium grater.
In a casserole (in the pan) pour 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat it over high heat. Sleep onions and carrots. Stir. Lower the heat to medium. A saucepan cover with a lid. The vegetables leave to simmer for a while until we prepare the meat, about 10 minutes. Meat cut into large chunks - about the size slightly larger than the size of prunes.
When the onion becomes transparent, add to the skillet meat. Simmer together for another 30 minutes. Prunes rinse well and put in a saucepan. Salt,add spices, pour 0.5 cups of boiling water, close the lid. Lower the heat to low and simmer until ready meat - 10-20 minutes (depends on meat).
The meat has quite a strong taste, so to serve, preferably with some not very bright-tasting side dish - rice, pasta, mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables.
