Shakshuka-quick
Honestly, the recipe was not going to put - there is already a recipes of shakshuka, but it turned out so delicious that did not survive. Do not judge strictly :-)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Onion cut into slices and arrange on the pan with vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat under the lid.

While onions are roasting, peel the skins and slice not to thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and paprika and lay out on the bow. Again cover with a lid and simmer until soft tomatoes.

Carefully drive egg (so the yolk is not flowed), cover with a lid and increase the flame. We love wobbly yolk (I know, Salmonella, etc., so what to do, so delicious), but it's not for everybody. Bon appetit!!!
