Pizza with sauce
Pizza sauce with "Italian" dressing and "Maggie". Dear cooks, I suggest you try a pizza with a very tasty spicy sauce. The dough and sauce is my base for all pizzas, only change the filling. Before added the sauce and toppings, salted or pickled cucumber, and now with dressing for the pickle Maggi it has simplified the cooking times. Delicious and smooth cutting of the dough. Make more of the sauce that was in stock. It can be applied, and vegetables, and meat, and fish. Stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days, but spent a couple of days. I hope you like it too. Join us!

  • Olive oil

To begin to prepare the dough: Mix warm water, salt, sugar, olive oil. Sift the flour, add the yeast, mix everything and knead the dough.

Put the dough on the table, podpylenny flour and promisit on the table a couple of minutes. Grease a bowl with oil and break in the dough, cover and let rise.

While suitable dough, move to making the sauce. For the sauce: finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté one minute, stirring occasionally.

Add to the onions with the garlic dressing for the pickle Maggi, oregano, sugar, mix well.

Add ketchup, Bay leaf and if ketchup is not spicy, add at this stage, chilli pepper to taste.

Tomatoes cut in half and grate on a coarse grater to skin, skin to throw away.

Pour tomato juice to the dressing to the pan, stir, and simmer for five minutes to slightly thicken.

At the end of the fire, remove the Bay leaf.

To prepare the filling, cut all as you see fit. Here take any, on your taste. Grease a sheet of baking pizza with oil and spread half of the dough. Stretch it around the entire circumference. The diameter of the sheet 28-30cm. Of this amount, it turns out two pizzas on a thin base.

Half of the cooked sauce to smear on the dough.

Sprinkle feta, grated on a medium grater. Cheeses can take are quite different, to your taste. If only melted.

Put the sliced sausage and sautee three minutes in boiling water beans. Sprinkle on top grated cheese.

Put in heated to 180°C oven and bake 10-12 minutes, so the bottom turned out crispy crust.
